Meeting Allen Ginsberg | 1994

I waited for two hours carrying a sunflower as tall as I was. When I met Ginsberg I said, “This is for you.” He smiled and said he had been watching the sunflower get closer and closer, got worried when I turned around a bend in the wall. He said he was happy to see me and my sunflower. He said he liked my pen name. So I asked him for advice. “Always contradict yourself Broi!” He then signed my book and I took a snapshot of him and gave it to a date I had a week later. The things you do for love, which you later regret.
