Thank you so much Richard. I’ve given them as gifts to some friends and one had reported that it normalized his anger when he was about to break it. “Am I that angry that I need to break this?” That’s what he said.
Another friend through it against a wall when she received some challenging news. She said the message inside, written on a small strip of paper made her look at the situation in another light. So it’s doing something good right?
